Nature is controlling the entire universe. We humans are like very small particles. There will be some reason that out of the eight planets, there is only life on our earth. To save this life, we do natural and artificial medicine. Ever since the birth of any organism begins. Nature is the one who keeps on fulfilling all types of nutrition, vitamins, minerals, etc. We keep eating lots of fruits, vegetables, etc. kinds of things daily and unknowingly. If our body does not get nutrition, vitamins, and minerals on time accordingly, then our anti-disease capacity is reduced. That is why we start getting unwell. Maintaining health using substances produced by nature is called natural health.
